Another quote and some hands

I read this in the Leggo Phsyc forum. The sick thing is I read this before my spew session today. Was pretty sick but I am better now after running hotter then shit at 400NL and having my 1st 6BI day there. Lose 7 at 200 and win at 400, you do the math.

"But say we get our stack in once every 100 hands. A 10ptBB/100hands winner should get his stack in 10 times in 1000 hands and win 2 buy ins in that span of hands. If we simplify the situation and assume these wins are due to the all ins (which is obv not realistic at high stakes), then we need to win 6 all ins and lose 4 to get to a 2 bi profit.

If this changes due to running bad to winning only 5,5 allins on average, we still make a profit. But if we play bad on top of it, we can easily become a breakeven or losing player.

I think this little calculation shows how even 1 unnecessary mistake in a big pot every 1000 hands can cause a huge impact on your winnings. I try to remember this while playing and making decisions. Because it takes a lot of work to undo the mistakes.

So in summary: we should make sure that the good times are the best they can be and the worst times are also the best they can be. Of course Dodgyken you are a huge winners and this doesnt apply to you, but for the lesser gods it's important to realize that making the best possible decisions all the time instead of 99% of the time can be the difference between being a break even/losing player and a huge winner."

Hand 1: Know your opponent. I was going to raise his isolation raise but decided taking a flop in position whish will most likely be multi way was better. Instantly i am think raise with my draw but with some thought realize my best play is to flat and hopefully suck the fish along. Gin on the turn. Fuck he checked whats his range now? OP maybe Jx looking for potcontrol. Could even be a set looking for the CRAI. Checking is horrible imo as we want to get the money in and this guy almost always goes bust with TP or better even though he is a 20/16 reg.(DJTROY). Betting big looks more bluffy obviously and I think I should have actually bet slightly more. River again is an easy shove as it looks more bluffy.

Hand 3: How the fuck does he call my cold 4bet OOP with AKo? Sick spot this deep too. I think i played the hand flawless but then again maybe I should bet the flop small like 1/2 pot and be done with the hand after that in order to save myself monies? Villain is 26/22/3 and he 3bet a 20/16/3 UTG open. What his range here? TT+ and AK+. Feedback would be greatly appreciated on this hand.

You poasted the same hand twice dude, but I like your analysis on those two hands.

For the last hand, I like how you played it. You could possibly save a little bit by bet/folding the flop, but I think it also stops you from getting some value out of a lower PP.
